Transformation strategy

The Gazprom Neft 2030 Development Strategy involves adapting the management system to a new business planning approach and new external challenges.

To achieve its strategic goals, the company has identified key transformations: operational (with a focus on efficiency and improvements), cultural and organisational (aimed at continuously developing individual and collective competencies), and digital (focused on creating added value across the entire value chain through data management). These transformations are interconnected and mutually supportive.

Why do we need to change? Because the top league of oil companies, where we are and where we want to gain a firm foothold, is known for fierce competition, rapid change and technological development. Gazprom Neft has already made great progress on the Russian market and, in order to become a benchmark for industry peers globally, it needs new approaches to doing business. The company needs to be even more efficient, flexible and agile, use state-of-the-art technology, and develop a new corporate culture.
